Day 1 : Auckland - Glowworm Cave - Hobbit Village - Rotorua, the Land of Hot Springs (Lunch, Dinner)
Overnight at IBIS Rotorua Hotel or similar
Depart from Auckland in the morning, along the longest Waikato River in New Zealand, to Vitomo, one of New Zealand's national treasures. And here to visit one of the seven wonders of the world, the Vitomo stalactites, Glowworm Caves. Go to the Alexander family ranch outside the small town of Matamata, where the movies "Lord of the Rings" and "The Hobbit" were filmed, now known as "The Hobbit Village". Take a one-and-a-half-hour movie tour and discover the Hobbit's secrets with a professional guide. Then head to the home of hot springs - Rotorua. After dinner, you can enjoy the Polynesian hot spring bath at your own expense, a very comfortable hot spring bath that will surely make you soothe your body and mind.
Day 2 Rotorua - Auckland (Breakfast, Hilltop Buffet Lunch)
After breakfast at the hotel, visit the farmhouse and participate in a series of fun farmhouse entertainment activities to feed the cute little animals up close. Then take you to visit the Maori Cultural Village, enjoy the Maori tribal culture, mud fields, geothermal fountains and other wonders. Take in the views of Rotorua from the Peak Tram and enjoy a buffet seafood lunch. Return to Auckland to end the 2-day North Island tour.
